Renting and reservation conditions
1. Obtain switching / lease
Barcarelli vacation homes, holiday houses as well as rooms in the name and to be paid by of the respective landlords.
The seasonal prices of the respective price list apply. The switching takes place at these prices commission-free
for the accommodation-looking for. The lease comes between you as a tenant, and the landlord for the duration
of the association barten vacation period by our written acceptance (email reservation confirmation).
The tenant commits itself to treat the dwelling to attend and replace the damage, which resulted from him or
its children and guests. The tenant recognizes the respective house regulation on.
Where domestic animals are permitted, experience on the respective data side of the vacation home or the holiday house.
2. Reservation: As and where one booked
You know their reservation completely simply and comfortably by telephone, make or by email
(request form that-respective vacation home/holiday house). After your reservation registration you get
from us via email a reservation confirmation. After receipt of your pre-payment of 30% of the renting sum on
the bank account of the landlord become valid. The payment of balance takes place with most objects locally with the key delivery.
3. Manner of payment additional expenses, journey documents borders you asks
The indicated pre-payment within 7 days after receipt of the reservation confirmation on the account of
the respective householders (see reservation confirmation). The payment of balance takes place directly with
the landlord. Over the receipt of payment you receive a separate confirmation from us when desired.
Their receipt is considered as receipt. Which additional expenses are contained in the price, infer please from
the current price list. Auxiliary costs according to price list (deposit, heating etc..) pay please at the place
directly with the landlord.
4. Resignation/resignation cost insurance of
The tenants must quit the reservation in writing. With a resignation the following cancellation costs apply:
With a refusal up to 60 days before beginning of renting 30% of
The rent with a refusal up to 30 days before beginning of renting 80% of
The rent with a refusal up to 10 days before beginning of renting 100% of
The rent in the case of subletting by Barcarelli the rent returned under departure of an amount of 20% of the total price.
We recommend, if you cannot begin the journey, the conclusion of a
travel resignation cost insurance!!
5. Runtime, journey, departure
Beginning of renting and renting can be with some renting objects in the pre and off-season daily,
with most only Saturday. The dwellings are available on the journey day of 16-19 o'clock for the assumption.
With later arrival at short notice the landlord (to Tel. No. see journey documents) is to be informed by you.
On the departure day the dwelling to 10 o'clock must be released to the flash. Before the departure the tenant
must announce itself to the landlord for housing acceptance.
6. Number of persons
The number of persons specified in the lease may not be exceeded.
Exceptions are possible only with agreement of the owner or its representative.
7. Information, descriptions, unforeseeablenesses
Of information and descriptions of the places are given of the Barcarelli after best knowledge and certain,
however without guarantee. All data correspond to the conditions during printing. Mistakes remain reserving.
Deviations from the description of the renting object are to be communicated us in writing.
Barcarelli can quit the reservation in the context of its switching activity in cases of higher force, war,
strike and such a thing and has in other cases, in which the reserved renting object cannot be made available,
the right, without notice to quit to the tenant another to offer comparable renting object or the reservation in
the name of the landlord. Under exclusion of large requirements the paid rent/pre-payment is paid back.
The transfer of requirements from the switching contract on third, also spouse and used, is permitted only with
written agreement by Barcarelli.
8. Lack and complaint with lack
Contact you the respective landlord please first immediately. It is responsible your contracting party and for their recovery.
If you should have communication problems, then you call us please. Only so we can help mediating between you and
the landlord. Area of jurisdiction for the switching is Pisa / Pontedera.
