The apartment is located in the small romantic Village Montacchita (Tuscany ⁄ Pisa ⁄ Forcoli ⁄ Palaia) that has its origin in the Etruscan period and with its fabulous position throughout the Val d'Era valley.
You will feel at home in the middle of Tuscan culture and the friendly local people on the ground who are always ready for a joke or chat.

The newly renovated apartment has two floors, on the lower floor is a large modern residential kitchen with large dining table.
A large living room with upholstered furniture and fireplace, satellite television for for all programs.
On the second floor features a large bedroom with double bed, a bedroom with two single beds, both with complete bed linen, which is changed weekly.
A shower room with toilet and wash basin, towels are provided.
The large terrace with pergola (8m away from the house), has a barbecue, table and chairs and offers a wonderful view over the valley of Pisa.
You will enjoy the magnificent sunsets!

The gentle hilly landscape around the municipality Palaia will inspire and invite you to bike and hiking tours.
For sports enthusiasts:
Castelfalfi golf (30 min), the closest 18 hole golf course or Lo Scoiattolo (10 min) a great riding stable,
with the possibility for riding lessons and horse boarding house.
For trips with children, we recommend Parco Pinocchio in Collodi, Leonardo da Vinci Museum in Vinci
or the free, accessible beaches on the Tirrenia sea at Marina di Pisa.
Forcoli the next place (approx. 5 min), a typically tuscan village with a small supermarket and the next city
Pontedera (approx. 15 minutes), shopping expedition.
Swimmingpools are available in Pontedera and Peccioli for a small admission fee.

Tirrenia Sea about 35 km, Pisa 27 km, Volterra 35 km, Lucca 40 km, S. Gimignano 45 km, and Florence 60 km.
