The lovely Tuscan-style renovated 2 room apartment is in the upper floor and can be reached via an outside staircase.
The apartment is furnished with modern kitchen with oven and dishwasher.
In addition to the dining table, a fireplace is to grill.
The large living room has a double bed with full bedding, which is changed weekly.
Further, a sofa and a large dining table with chairs and modern satellite television for for all programs.
A shower room with toilet and wash basin, towels are provided.
From the lounge there is access to a small balcony with a magnificent view of the hamlet of Monte Chiari.

in historic cities such as Pisa, Lucca, Florence, Siena, San Gimignano and Volterra.
The gentle hilly landscape around the municipality Palaia will inspire and invite you to bike and hiking tours.
For sports enthusiasts:
Castelfalfi golf (30 min), the closest 18 hole golf course or Lo Scoiattolo (10 min) a great riding stable,
with the possibility for riding lessons and horse boarding house.
Forcoli the next place (approx. 5 min), a typically tuscan village with a small supermarket and the next city
Pontedera (approx. 15 minutes), very nice for shopping expedition.
Swimmingpools are available in Pontedera and Peccioli for a small admission fee.
