In the village of San Gervasio is a bar with restaurant and small shop for basic food.

The property is located on the upper floor and is accessible via the interior stairs of the house.
The apartment is furnished with large kitchen, consisting of kitchen oven,
Dining table and chairs. A living room with sofa bed and satellite television for for all programs.
A bedroom with double bed and a bedroom with two beds.
A shower room with toilet and wash basin, washing machine, towels are provided.
Outside the entrance to the apartment a separate bedroom with double bed and bathroom with toilet and sink, the ground floor.
For all the beds full bed linen is provided, which is changed weekly.
The apartment has a large terrace with barbecue, table and umbrella.

Borgo di San Gervasio is an ancient building complex between Monte Castello and Palaia (Pisa).
Attractions as Pieve di S. Giovanni Battista, a Romanesque church whose provenience to parchment documents to go back to the year 813,(opening times, Clock Fair Sunday, 1700).
The Rural Museum of San Gervasio in which the commodities of the rural population in the last two hundred years, can visit.
The apartment is ideally located you thanks to its position, the possibility of cultural excursions
in historic cities such as Pisa, Lucca, Florence, Siena, San Gimignano and Volterra.
The gentle hilly landscape around the municipality Palaia (Pisa) will inspire and invite you to bike and hiking tours.
For trips with children, we recommend Parco Pinocchio in Collodi, Leonardo da Vinci Museum in Vinci
or the free, accessible beaches on the Tirrenia sea at Marina di Pisa.
Forcoli the next place (approx. 15 min), a typically tuscan village with a small supermarket and the next city
Pontedera (approx. 15 minutes), very nice for shopping expedition.
Swimmingpools are available in Pontedera and Peccioli for a small admission fee.

Tirrenia Sea about 35 km, Pisa 27 km, Volterra 35 km, Lucca 40 km, S. Gimignano 45 km, and Florence 60 km.
