internally unconnected double cottage.
Ideal for holiday guests with high expectations.
The house has a beautiful view of the area near Montaione, the large,
about 20 meters away from the house with panoramic swimming pool (7 mx 14 m),
is in an elevated position with delightful views and
it is only shared with Acqua 1.
The grounds of the vacation villa is located near Montaione (Florence / Toscany.

In the ground floor of the holiday house large living room with long dining table, fireplace and satellite TV for international programs.
The spacious kitchen with oven and dishwasher leave nothing to be desired.
For dining outside, you have a cozy terrace equipped with table and umbrella.
A double bedroom with shower room and a small laundry (wash tub, washing machine).
On the first floor, a double room with shower room and a twin bedroom with bathroom with shower toilet and wash basin, towels are provided.
In all bathrooms are towels.
In each room, complete linen is provided.

Montaione, whose origins date back to the Middle Ages,
has about 3500 inhabitants and offers all the services:
From banks and supermarkets, typical shops, to local restaurants is all there.
The gentle hilly landscape around the municipality of Montaione is inspiring and inviting bike and hiking tours.
For sports enthusiasts, Castelfalfi golf (20 min), the closest 18 hole golf course.
Excursions:
Ideal starting point: sea about 55 km, S. Gimignano 12 km, Volterra 55 km, Lucca 45 km, Pisa 47 km Florence 50 km.
Montaione, the next place (approx. 10 min), a typically tuscan village with a small supermarket
and the next town of San Miniato (20 min), ideal for shopping.
