The terrace house has a two and a half room dwelling with its own entrance and seat behind the house with wood table and chairs.
No desires leave the large, modern furnished living kitchen open with dining table and four chairs.
A living room with pull out couch, satellite television for all programs and small table with two chairs.
A bedroom with double bed and complete bedlinen, which are changed weekly. Bathroom with Shower and toilet.
La Sorgente offers some to you at sport possibilities, for example:
Tennis with changing rooms and showers, or children's playground under pines park.

The gentle hilly landscape around the municipality Capannoli (Pisa) will inspire and
will invite you to wheel and moving routes. For sport enthusiast, Castelfalfi-Golf (approx. 30 min.),
next 18 the holes golf course or Lo Scoiattolo (approx. 15 min.),
a large riding stable, with the possibility for riding hours and horse pension.
Capannoli the next place (approx. 5 min.), a typically tuscan village with a supermarket
and the next city Pontedera (approx. 20 min.) ideally for holiday shopping.
