where the correct land life takes place.
Since 15 years operates the owner - who lives in main building with its family -
on its country biological cultivation from wine and olive oil that he sells also directly.

The vacation home reconditioned in the tuscan style lies in the first floor, attainable over staircase.
(on the lower floor is the wine cellar) the simply furnished Tuscany living kitchen has a
kitchen line with baking-oven, a dining table with chairs, a sleep sofa and satellite television for all programs.
The bedroom has a double bed with complete bedlinen, which is changed weekly.
A bathroom with shower, towels available.
In the garden before the house is a private seat with pergola, grill, table and chairs.
The beautiful meadow place with marvelous prospect on San Pietro Belvedere, is suitable for a sun bath.

Environment
The gentle hilly landscape around the municipality Terricciola (Pisa) will inspire and
will invite you to wheel and moving routes.
For sport enthusiast, Castelfalfi-Golf (approx. 40 min.), next 18 the holes golf course or Lo Scoiattolo (approx. 20 min.),
a large riding stable, with the possibility for riding hours and horse pension.
San Pietro Belvedere, the next place (approx. 10 min.), a typically tuscan village
and the next city Pontedera (approx. 25 min.), ideally for holiday shopping.
Excursions:
Tirrenia Sea approx. 40 km, Pisa 37 km, Volterra 35 km, Lucca 50 km, S. Gimignano 55 km, and Florence 70 km.
