The Tuscany country house Podere della La Collina was restored in typically tuscan style,
while maintaining the traditional building method, like timber beam floors and terracotta floors.
In the plant five different vacation homes of different size are integrated, ideal for an unencumbered family vacation.
The large swimming pool (16m x 8m) offers a wonderful panorama view into the hilly landscape of the Tuscany
and lies directly before the vacation homes
Facilities of vacation home - La Casina
The dwelling is in the ground floor of the auxiliary building, has its own entrance under the arch.
The vacation home is furnished consisting with large living kitchen, of kitchen line, fire-place, pull out couch,
dining table with chairs, satellite television for all programs. The (25 m2) large bedrooms for three persons,
have a double and a single bed. With all beds the complete bedlinen is present, which is changed weekly.
A bathroom with shower, towels available.
The external area of the vacation home, a beautiful garden seat with table and sun screen, is accessible from the bedroom.

Environment
The only recently converted Tuscany country house Podere La Collina lies on a gentle hill
directly before Toiano, a village of which in the 8th century was famous already.
The fortress Toiano on the hills collina di calanchi was important because of its altitude on the border between
Pisa and Florence, because more pisaner and more florences were continuously in the war with one another,
which the florences Medici won last. In the middle of 8th century was the bloom time with five hundred inhabitants,
afterwards came slowly the exodus and today is uninhabited it.
The gentle hilly landscape around the municipality Palaia (Pisa) will inspire and
will invite you to wheel and moving routes.
For sport enthusiast, Castelfalfi-Golf (approx. 15 min.), next 18 the holes golf course or Lo Scoiattolo (approx. 20 min.),
a large riding stable, with the possibility for riding hours and horse pension.
Forcoli the next place (approx. 10 min.), a typically tuscan village with a small supermarket
and the next city Pontedera (approx. 25 min.) ideally for holiday shopping.

Tirrenia Sea approx. 45 km, Pisa 37 km, Volterra 40 km, Lucca 50 km, S. Gimignano 35 km, and Florence 60 km.
