in the reconditioned country house
Directly before Lari (Pisa) lies the 15'000 m2 large country house IL Frutteto, a former farm house, which was completely restored.
The house is divided into four different accommodations of different size, has a park plant with terrace place under Pergola and a grill place.
The swimming pool (4.50m x 9.60m) with panorama view is located in the center of the area,
surrounded by fruit trees, like cherries, apricots, peaches, where each guest can induce itself freely and harvest the fruits to the consumption.
Facilities of vacation home - L' Uva
The two rooms dwelling with separate entrance, lies in the ground floor, on the right of the country house and has a private,
covered seat with table and chairs. A large living kitchen, consisting of kitchen line, dining table with chairs and pull out couch.
A large bedroom with double bed and single bed, from which you have entrance to the private garden seat with sun couches.
A bathroom with shower, towels available. With all beds the complete bedlinen is present, which is changed weekly.
In the cooler season the housingown heating provides for comfortable warmth.

Environment
The gentle hilly landscape around the municipality Lari (Pisa) will inspire and
will invite you to wheel and moving routes.
For sport enthusiast, Castelfalfi-Golf (approx. 35 min.), next 18 the holes golf course or Lo Scoiattolo (approx. 40 min.),
a large riding stable, with the possibility for riding hours and horse pension.
Lari the next place (approx. 2 min.), a small village with famous castle from the middle ages,
and the well-known pasta factory of the manufacturer Martelli, which you can visit also from the inside.
The next city Pontedera (approx. 30 min.), ideally for holiday shopping.

Tirrenia Sea approx. 40 km, Pisa 40 km, Volterra 46 km, Lucca 40 km, S. Gimignano 55 km, and Florence 70 km.
