Borgo di Alica is a ancient building complex, which decreases/goes back to the 15th century and was perfectly restored
by the owner, like timber beam floors and terracotta floors.
The five vacation homes of different size, were style-fairly furnished with love for the detail and equipped with modern kitchens and household appliances.
The swimming pool put on in a park (13.50m x 5.80m) offers very much green area, and for each guest its privacy.
Facilities of vacation homes - Alica
The accommodations Torre/Colombaia have two floors with beautiful prospect, lie in the upper floor of the house,
have their own entrance and are attainable over the common interior stairs of the house.
The first floor of the vacation homes is furnished consisting with large living kitchen, of kitchen line,
dining table with chairs, satellite television for all programs. A living room with couch and shower with toilet.
On the second floor four bedrooms are, with maximum allocation of 8-10 persons and bathroom with shower, towels available.
With all beds the complete bedlinen is present, which is changed weekly.
The vacation homes have private external area at the pool.

The village Alica is appropriate for valley of the municipality Palaia, close Pisa and Florence in the Val d'Era and has its
origin in the late Etruscan age, where one can visit also today still excavations. The messuage Borgo di Alica gives you
owing to its position lain ideally, the possibility of cultural trips to historical cities how: Pisa, Lucca, Florence and Siena,
San Gimignano and Volterra.
The gentle hilly landscape around the municipality Palaia (Pisa) will inspire and
will invite you to wheel and moving routes.
For sport enthusiast, Castelfalfi-Golf (approx. 30 min.), next 18 the holes golf course or Lo Scoiattolo (approx. 10 min.),
a large riding stable, with the possibility for riding hours and horse pension.
Forcoli the next place (approx. 5 min.), a typically tuscan village with a small supermarket
and the next city Pontedera (approx. 15 min.) ideally for holiday shopping.

Tirrenia Sea approx. 35 km, Pisa 27 km, Volterra 35 km, Lucca 40 km, S. Gimignano 45 km, and Florence 60 km.
